Software Development

Siconix provides custom software design services. A component of their aptitude is porting embedded operating systems such as Linux, Windows CE and CE.net, as well as developing applications to interface to their clients embedded products. Siconix provides expertise in developing user interfaces and applications programming for their customer's products.

Siconix has developed complete high level and low level software applications for embedded and desktop systems utilizing:

Approval Testing

Often, a company will send its product for testing to a certified lab without representation. The product will fail without any determination on how to address the failure. This often leads to significant time and costs associated with repeated iterative testing. Test labs happily retest your product over and over again (of course charging their lab time for every occurrence) without any valuable feedback on how to address the failure.

Siconix provides their customers with on-site Experts that have the capability and experience to troubleshoot and gather valuable information on every possible failure cause. The failure can be addressed at the time of the test. If it's not possible to fix the problem, our expert has the knowledge and experience to examine the design in detail and test possible solutions to make recommendations while at the test site.

This representation allows the customers to make effective use of test lab time thus saving costs. This representation also allows the customer to bring their products to market faster without the need to dedicate valuable engineering research and development resources to this effort.

Their layout designers are also electronics designers who have worked on a complete array of digital, analogue and radio frequency products, so they know the importance of proper placement and routing for excellent EMI and ESD performance characteristics.
