Todd Simpson, Chief Technology Officer, Zicorp.
Todd brings to Siconix over 11 years of business and technology management experience. Todd was co-founder and chief technology officer of E-Zone Networks, a software company specializing in personalized wireless entertainment equipment for health and fitness centres. He is currently CTO at Zicorp and focuses on advancing Zi's products and intellectual property in alignment with customers, partners, business development activities and emerging industry trends. He leads Zi's development centers in Calgary, San Francisco and Beijing to deliver the company's vision of providing intelligent interface solutions to the wireless and consumer Internet technology spaces.
Todd earned his PhD from the University of Calgary, specializing in robust software systems including hardware and software design and systems implementation. He is actively involved in the technology community, providing his leadership and expertise to local venture capital companies and as a board member of several companies including Calgary Technologies Inc.
